The Battle of Bexhill, from "Children of Men" (2006), directed by Alfonso Cuarón

One of the greatest long takes in cinema history, and certainly the greatest urban-warfare sequence. When the blood-squib exploded on the camera lens, Cuarón called "Cut!," but with all the noise, no-one heard him. And it ended up being perfect. This is the movie I always close my International Politics on Film course with.
